Wondering how the process works?
Before Surgery:
Your pet will be assessed by your primary care veterinarian who will determine that surgery is needed
Your veterinarian will run relevant diagnostics (blood work, imaging, etc.)
Your veterinarian will contact Monarch Pet Surgery to discuss surgery, pricing, and scheduling
Once scheduled, Monarch Pet Surgery will call you prior to surgery to discuss the surgery and expectations in detail

Day of Surgery:
You will drop your pet off at your primary care veterinary clinic in the morning
Monarch Pet Surgery will complete a physical exam on your pet and will call you to review findings prior to surgery
Monarch Pet Surgery will perform the surgery at your primary care veterinary clinic
Monarch Pet Surgery will call you with an update after surgery is complete
Your veterinarian will prescribe medications to go home and will arrange a discharge time to send your pet home when appropriate
After Surgery:
Monarch Pet Surgery will follow up with you the next day to check on your pet
Your pet will be scheduled for rechecks with your primary care veterinarian
Monarch Pet surgery is available for your post-surgical questions and concerns as needed
